Recipe: No Bake KIND PB&J Bites


When I was a kid one of my favorite foods was a Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich. Who am I kidding? It’s still one of my favorite foods. That’s why, when KIND approached me to use their Peanut Butter Clusters in a fun recipe, I knew exactly what to make! These tiny, little, scrumptious “bites” are a delicious, nutritious snack your kids will love! Packed full of protein and fiber, enjoy this recipe for no-bake KIND PB&J bites guilt-free.
 

 

No Bake KIND PB & J Bites

Ingredients
  1. 1 Tsp Peanut Butter
  2. 1 Heaping Tbsp of Strawberry Jam
  3. ½ Cup KIND Whole Grain Peanut Butter Clusters
  4. ½ Cup Dates (Pitted)
  5. 1/3 Cup Oats
  6. 1 Tbsp Water
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients well in a food processor. Form equal size amounts into 12 bites (about 1" in diameter) and devour!

  1. Serving Size: 2 Bites
